Shipping & Returns
Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please note that limited-quantity items and sizes may sell out, so exchanges are subject to availability.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
Because some Born To The Game merchandise may be released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size will be available.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, promotional items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
